Installation procedure of gate valve:
1. According to the design installation elevation, mark the vertical center line of the water outlet and the elevation line of the bottom of the gate valve on the wall of the water outlet, with the deviation no more than ± 10 mm. At the same time, check whether the center of the lifting hole of the gate body is aligned with the reserved support hole of the hoist;
2. Lift the gate valve in place, and stand stably and reliably;
3. Lift the gate valve to the wall, adjust the levelness and perpendicularity of the gate body (the levelness and perpendicularity of the bottom groove and side groove of the gate frame shall not be greater than 1 / 1000), connect the gate valve frame with the embedded steel plate reliably, and take effective sealing measures for the secondary pouring to ensure that there is no leakage between the gate valve frame and the structure.
